ACE TONE® began in 1960 with Ace Electronic Industries, founded by Ikutaro Kakehashi. It built electronic organs and amplifiers, introduced the R-1 Rhythm Ace in 1964, and in 1967 the FR-1 helped bring electronic rhythm instruments into wider use.

Reborn in 2020, ACE TONE carries that spirit into a new generation of products. The aim is simple: give players tools that support their own sound.
