When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to and handle your inquiry.
Newsletter registration and Google Analytics are not currently in use on this site. If these services are introduced, their information handling practices will be described here.
03 / ADVERTISING AND PAYMENTS
We do not use advertising trackers or sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
Payments are not processed on ace-tone.com. For purchases from a dealer, payment information is handled by the dealer.
04 / RETENTION
We retain correspondence until the inquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed to maintain a record of the matter.
05 / ACCESS, CORRECTION AND DELETION
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please contact info@ace-tone.com from the email address associated with your inquiry.
