The mark is written ACE TONE — all uppercase, with a single space, with ® on first reference in any document. Subsequent references in the same document may omit the symbol.
- Write "Ace Tone", "AceTone", "acetone", or "ACETONE".
- Modify the logo mark — recolor, stretch, outline, or combine with other marks.
- Use the marks to imply endorsement, partnership, or origin without written permission.
- Use the marks on counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise.
Genuine ACE TONE® products are sold only through authorized dealers listed at /dealers . Products purchased outside this network may not carry the manufacturer warranty and may not be genuine.
ACE TONE®, Active Ace®, and STOMP ACE™ are trademarks of Ace Tone, Inc., registered in the United States. The original ACE TONE® registration, previously held by Hammond Japan, lapsed on May 30, 1995; the current registration is held by Ace Tone, Inc., independent of any prior corporate succession.
